*Terms & Conditions apply. 1. Referral Reward Program is valid for new client referrals received between August 1st, 2025 and February 28, 2026. Eligibility is based on the date the referral is received and acknowledged by Addison Homes, not the date of contract signing or deposit payment. 2. A new client referral is defined as a referral submitted via email or referral form and acknowledged in writing by Addison Homes within 7 business days of receipt. To be eligible, the referred client must be a new customer who has not previously paid a deposit with Addison Homes. 3. The referred client must not have previously paid a deposit or entered into a sales proposal or building contract with Addison Homes, under any name or entity. 4. The referrer does not need to be an existing Addison Homes client to participate in the program. 5. Employees of Addison Homes (including the referrer and/or referred customer) are not eligible to participate in this program. 6. A $2,000 referral reward will be paid via electronic bank transfer to the referrer upon completion of the slab stage of construction, as verified by Addison Homes’ official construction progress report. 7. The referred customer will receive a $2,000 discount applied upfront to their new home sales proposal as part of the referral reward. This discount will be incorporated in the final sales proposal prior to execution of the building contract. 8. Rewards will only be granted where the referred customer enters into a valid, signed building contract that remains active and unrevoked. If the contract is cancelled or voided for any reason before the slab stage, neither party will be entitled to any portion of the reward. 9. The referral reward program applies exclusively to homes constructed within the Melbourne metropolitan build zones as defined by the Victorian Planning Authority. 10. Addison Homes reserves the right to modify or suspend the program terms. However, any changes will not affect referrals already submitted and acknowledged in writing under the prior terms. 11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise approved. Please speak with an Addison Homes New Home Advisor to confirm eligibility and any other applicable discounts or offers. All eligibility assessments and determinations of promotional compatibility will be made solely by Addison Homes and confirmed in writing. All decisions are final. 12. By participating in this Referral Reward Program, both the Referrer and Referred Client acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Addison Homes reserves the right to reject any referral at its sole discretion if it suspects fraud, prior contact, or ineligibility. This document forms part of the governing agreement between Addison Homes and all participants in the program.
